1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MicaWall Live 4K Launcher mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by JTC Developers ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Please review these Terms carefully before using the Application. Continued use of the Services means you accept the current version.

2. About the Application

MicaWall Live 4K Launcher is designed to provide wallpaper browsing, 4K wallpaper downloads, live wallpaper features, lock-screen or home-screen customization options, and related visual personalization tools for supported mobile devices. Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system support, internet connectivity, or platform permissions.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Services except as permitted by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Application except where applicable law allows it;
• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes;
• interfere with the operation, security, integrity, or availability of the Services;
• use automated means to scrape, collect, download, or redistribute content in an unauthorized way;
• obscure or alter any copyright, trademark, attribution, or rights-management notices.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, design elements, wallpaper collections, live wallpaper materials, interface elements, and other materials included in the Services are owned by or licensed to JTC Developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

7. Wallpaper Content

The wallpaper and live wallpaper content available through the Application is provided for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to competing services, or commercially exploit wallpaper assets made available through the Services without prior permission from the applicable rights holder.

Some content may be sourced from or made available through third-party licensors, creators, platforms, or content delivery services. Your use of that content may be subject to additional restrictions.

8. Third-Party Services and Content

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or may rely on third-party tools, analytics providers, advertising partners, hosting providers, content delivery networks, app stores, payment processors, or platform services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Advertisements

The Application may display advertisements, sponsored placements, or promotional content provided by third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party products, services, claims, links, or offers shown in such advertisements.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services in a manner that could cause harm, legal exposure, or service disruption. You may stop using the Application at any time.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will meet your requirements, display correctly on every device, or operate without interruption or error.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTC Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, content, goodwill, device functionality, or business arising from or related to your use of the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Services after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Launcher Notice

MicaWall Live 4K Launcher may include home screen and wallpaper functionality. If a user independently chooses to make the Application the default home app or apply visual content through system-provided controls, the home screen or display background may differ based on the user's selected options.

Your installed applications, app data, and personal files remain on your device. The Application does not delete, hide, or control other apps, and it does not require users to manage other apps.

The Application is not designed to direct users to manage other apps or system features. Any default home app, wallpaper, or permission control is provided by Android, Google Play, or the device manufacturer.

JTC Developers cannot manage device-level controls, manage a Google Play account, or cancel Google Play subscriptions on a user's behalf. For default home app, wallpaper, refund, subscription, or device-level controls, please refer to the instructions provided by Google Play, Android, or your device manufacturer.
